According the Home Office and Immigration rules students must have 80% attendance and attend minimum 15 hours of study per week.
Students can be terminated from the course or college and reported to UKBA if;
They miss the 10 consecutive classes
They are not paying their fee in time
Their behaviour is not appropriate with the school's staff members or class mates
They provide false information about them to the college
They misuse the school name or spread inappropriate information about the school
According to the immigration rule, college will report Non-Attendance UKBA once the 10 consecutive contacts have been missed.
College will reserve the place of non-arrival students for 2 weeks after the late joining date unless approval for further delays has been taken and will report to UKBA afterwards.
